The border at the Leningorsky District of South Ossetia and Georgia will be closed for security during the presidential polls, South Ossetian CEC head Bella Pliyeva says, RIA Novosti reports.
The border will most likely be closed on November 27. All voters with passports of South Ossetia and citizens under Georgian jurisdiction will have a chance to vote using Form 2a at structures of the Interior Ministry or the KGB.
Such measures were taken to avoid incidents. The first round of voting on November 13 proceeded without complications. The new round is expected to be clear and democratic.
