Council of experts established under auspices of presidential envoy to the Caucasus

A council of experts was established under the auspices of the Presidential Envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District, Alexander Khloponin.

The council was formed by fellows of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, the Russian State University for the Humanities, the Russian Academy of Sciences and other scientific bodies.

The first meeting of the council took place in Yessentuki, the presidential envoy's office informed Vestnik Kavkaza.
