Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has signed a decree for recognition of the diplomas of the world's leading higher education centers in the country, Vesti reports.
The document simplifies recognition of foreign documents on education, skills, degrees and knowledge Russians received abroad. It also simplifies access of foreign scientists and high-skilled specialists to work and study in Russia, Chairman of Parliamentary Commission of the fifth calling, Grigory Balykhina, said, ITAR-TASS reports.
A set of foreign education centers will also recognize Russian diplomas. The list of such centers will be composed by the Russian government.
