EU diplomatic chief scraps attendance of OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers

Catherine Ashton, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, has canceled her attendance at the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers in Vilnius. The decision was made due to an earlier meeting in Brussels. British, Swedish and Finnish ministers will arrive in Vilnius later over the same reason, BNS reports.


The OSCE meeting in Vilnius is to stress on long conflicts, international threats and strengthening of cooperation between OSCE members.
