Foreign ministers of the GUAM have held a session within the framework of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers in Vilnius. Moldova will pass its chairmanship in the GUAM to Azerbaijan in 2012. The session assessed the Moldovan chairmanship in 2011 and passed a budget for 2012. The sides discussed cooperation with international organizations, Trend reports.
