Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov says the OSCE is the only organization able to maintain peace and stability in the region, 1news.az reports on Wednesday.
The remarks came during Mamedyarov's visit to the Lithuanian capital of Vilnius, for the 18th meeting of the OSCE member states' foreign ministers.
The Azerbaijani official says his country believes that OSCE is able to contribute much to the settlement of existing conflicts in the region.
