The Russian Foreign Ministry said observers from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe had a 'prejudiced' approach to Russia's recent parliamentary elections, Ekho Moskvy reports.
Observers from OSCE and PACE said they registered numerous violations at Sunday's elections to the State Duma. Observers from the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization said they registered no violations.
