Chechnya to host council of plenipotentiary presidential envoy to NCFD

Chechnya will host a session of the Council of Russian Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the North Caucasian Federal District, Alexander Khloponin, the Chechen leader’s press service says.


The council will emphasise Russian guarantees for credits, invited by lawyers who are registered and operating in the NCFD and on activities of the working group for employment and labour migration in the NCFD.


Russian Minister for Regional Development Victor Basargin, Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia Ivan Sydoruk, head of the Federal Agency for Labour and Employment Yuri Gertsiy, Director of the Department for Employment and Labour Migration of the Russian Ministry for Healthcare and Social Development Tatyana Blinova, head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Interior Ministry in the NCFD Sergey Chenchik, head of the Russian FSB Directorate in the Stavropol Territory, heads of regions of the NCFD and other officials will arrive for the session.


The council was formed in April 2011. Its goal is to coordinate the work of all levels of authority for solutions to the socio-economic problems of the district’s development. One of the main activities is fulfillment of the plan for realization of the strategy for socio-economic development of the NCFD by 2025.
