President Medvedev to address Federal Assembly on December 22

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev is going to address the Federal Assembly (Russian Parliaments) on December 22, ITAR-TASS reports.

"I'd like to say that I'm going to address the Federal Assembly on December 22," the president said.

Elections to the lower chamber of the parliament, the State Duma, were held on December 4th and were considered invalid by all opposition parties and many public figures.
