Secretary of the Armenian Security Council Artur Bagdasaryan has had the 8th session of the EU consultation group with Ambassador Trayan Christea, a new head of the EU delegation to Armenia, News.am reports.
Bagdasaryan noted successful conclusion of the Armenian-EU cooperation program for 2009-2011. A program for 2012-2013 has been prepared. It has been sent to all interested structures, will be discussed by the National Security Council in early 2012 and sent to the president for ratification.
French and German Ambassadors Henri Renaud and Hans Johen-Smidt praised Armenian-EU cooperation.
Head of the consulting group, Anti Hartikein, reported on achievements of the group in Q4 2011 and presented a program for Q1 2012.
