European Parliament calls on Russia to hold new parliamentary polls

The European Parliament says all opposition parties should be registered in Russia and be able to take part innew elections for parliament as December 4th elections cannot be considered valid, Ekho Moskvy reports on Wednesday.
The European Parliament adopted the resolution taking into consideration reports by OSCE and Golos, a Russian non-governmental organization, as well as public opinion.
