The European Union and Russia haven't agreed on the establishment of a visa-free regime, Ekho Moskvy has recently reported.
The issue was discussed during a Russian-EU summit in Brussels. European Union officials also said they are worried about the situation surrounding the recent parliamentary elections in Russia.
At the same time, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said he wouldn't pay any attention to such remarks by EU authorities.
