Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian is on his way to Moscow for the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) on December 16, ARKA reports.
The 25th session of the BSEC Council of Foreign Ministers will stress Russian cooperation in the organization in June-December 2011. It will include meetings of ministers for agriculture, transport and emergencies.
Foreign ministers will exchange views on improvement of efficiency of the organization, further improvement of cooperation, activation of activity for development of the most topical projects.
