South Caucasus could be one of the most prosperous regions, in terms of economy and policy, were it not for conflicts on the territory of Azerbaijan and Georgia, Vice-Speaker of Georgia Mikhail Machavariani said in Baku, Trend reports.
The vice-speaker added that the negative processes may spread throughout states.
