The Yeni Azerbaijan and the Democratic Party of Serbia have signed a cooperation memorandum, 1news.az reports.
The document was signed by Ali Ahmedov, Deputy Chairman and Executive Secretary of Yeni Azerbaijan, and Dushan Petrovich, Minister for Agriculture, Trade and Water Economy of Serbia and Deputy Chairman of the Democratic Party.
Ahmedov presented detailed information on the history of Yeni Azerbaijan, its socio-political role in Azerbaijan and foreign relations. It cooperates with a set of international organizations and political parties.
Dushan Petrovich expressed gratefulness for hospitality and the conference on modernization in Baku.
The Serbian minister noted that his state is interested in developing ties with the most advanced state of the region, Azerbaijan. An intergovernmental commission expands cooperation. The cooperation memorandum should contribute to friendly ties of the two states.
