After passing the bill on the so-called Armenian Genocide, France should stop co-chairing the OSCE Minsk Group because it lost its neutrality, Turkish President Abdullah Gul said, Trend reports.
The bill leads to instability in the Caucasus and enhances tensions between Azerbaijan and Armenia, he claimed.
