Changes in Russian Security Council

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has introduced Sergey Ivanov, head of the Presidential Administration, as a new permanent member of the structure, RBC reports.


Mikhail Babich, Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the Volga Federal District, will replace Grigory Rapota in the Security Council. Sergey Naryshkin, former head of the Presidential Administration, is now the chairman of the Parliament.
