The deputies of the National Assembly of the Karachay-Cherkessian Republic (KCR) have approved Muradin Kemov as head of the government of the republic. KCR president Boris Ebzeyev proposed the candidature of Kemov, who
had been first vice-premier, and after the resignation of the government in April was acting head of government. 47 of the 68 deputies voted for Kemov, Interfax reports.
