Over 30 journalists from the leading media sources of Turkey have arrived in Grozny. They will spend two days in Chechnya and prepare a set of publications and TV materials about the republic, the press-service of Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov says. The Chechen leader commented on the so-called Arab Spring.
Kadyrov believes that the series of revolutions in Arab states is a result of Western special services’ efforts, using religion as an instrument for destabilizing the states. Ramzan Kadyrov noted that, regardless of whether the new governments are good or bad, it is important that they came to power using terror that split their societies. “The Arab Spring may become a big “winter” for the Western states that initiated it and the Middle East itself,” the Chechen leader said.
Kadyrov is confident that war only harms people. He added that the West is escalating the situation in Arab states. Libya is an oil-rich state, Egypt is needed to weaken the key player of the Middle East. Now the situation in Syria is shattering, Ramzan Kadyrov says.
