The Central Electoral Commission of Georgia has published the full preliminary results of the regional elections which took place last Sunday.
The ruling party United National Movement has won with a large majority.
According to the data of the CEC, the results are:
1. United National movement - 65.67% (1,119,647 votes)
2. Democratic Union – 11.91% (203,116)
3. Alliance for Georgia - 9.19% (156,658 )
4. National Forum - 6.8% (116,009)
5. Topadze - industrials - 4.25% ( 72,426)
6. Tortladze - democratic party – 0.99% (16,957)
7. Political movement 'Freedom' - 0.32 % (5,531)
8. Ivanishvili - people's democrats – 0.19% (3,296) and others
The final results of the elections will be published by June 23th
