The deputy head of the Strategic Culture Fund, Andrey Areshev, says Russia is keen to settled the Azerbaijani-Armenian conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.
"Russia will by all means continue its efforts to settle the Karabakh conflict," the expert told VK.
However, certain changes in the process may take place, as Russian-US relations are worsening. "The belief that Russian-US cooperation can settle all the matters was proved to be wrong," Areshev said.
"These changes will probably affect the operation of the OSCE Mink Group," he added.
