Russia continues developing social and humanitarian ties with Transnistria, head of the Kremlin administration, Sergey Ivanov, said today at a meeting with President of Transnistria Yevgeny Shevchuk, RIA Novosti reports.
Ivanov congratulated Shevchuk on winning the presidential polls and making his first official visit to Moscow. He assurred the president that Russia would continue supporting Transnistria.
Shevchuk thanked Russia for support and expressed hope for further development of ties. He added that they value cooperation with Russia.
