A regular regional council of territorial authorities of the Federal
Migration Service (FMS) of the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD)
took place in Pyatigorsk, Yuga.ru reports.
According to the 'Stavropoliye' TV company a new territorial structure
situated in Pyatigorsk will coordinate the work of the FMS in the
NCFD. The district will also have a center for temporary accommodation
of illegal migrants built, the deputy head of Russian FMS Mikhail
Tiurkin said, RIA Novosti reports.
He noted the importance of involving the office of the envoy to NCFD
in the establishment of the center. The deputy premier of the
government of Stavropol Territory Sergey Ushakov said that the center
may be built in the Stavropol Territory in the area of the Caucasian
mineral waters.
