Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov is going to address his request to examine the reasonability of continuation of the practice of assignement to the region the police officers from other subjects of Russian federation to the governance of Department of the Interior – is said in the report of the press service of Kadyrov – reports Gazeta.ru.
“On the first stage of holding of counter-terroristic operation it was real necessity in permanent assignment to the Chechen Republic of free detachments of police from all regions of Russian Federation. But the operation is practically finished. The regime is officially denied. The armed bands are smashed” – declared Kadyrov.
He mentioned that at present time the law machinery are occupied by the liquidation of insignificant remains of militants. “The subdivisions of Department of the Interior on Chechen Republic, the Federal Security service on Chechen Republic and the interior forces of Department of the interior perfectly manage this task” – stressed he.
Kadyrov reminded that “in the republic on continuing basis is stationed the division of Ministry of Defence, a brigade of interior forces, special services and other forces which can if necessary to influence the developments not only in Chechen Republic but on the North Caucasus in whole”. “I’d also like to know which problem solves the roadblocks on the Federal highway “Caucasus” and on the interior roads. They picture fortresses. Around them there is barbed wire, minefields. And all this is seen by passing through Chechen Republic passengers from another towns and also the foreign delegations, the representatives of business circles” – mentioned Kadyrov.
According to him for the Republic’s guests is created an impression that Chechen Republic is in war that seriously prevents the development of the region, the establishment of business connections between the subjects of North Caucasus.
