The European Court for Human Rights is going to examine the parliamentary elections held in Russia on December 4th 2011, Ekho Moskvy cites Gazeta.ru as saying.
The legal action was started by several residents of St. Petersburg, who questioned the results of polls held at 130 poling stations.
