Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said at a session of the National Democratic Party "Nur Otan" on January 18 that Kazakhstan will not invite "biased" international monitors and experts, KazTAG reports.
The president noted that most observers and experts recognized the Kazakh parliamentary polls as fair and clear. The victory proves the right course of programs, he says.
