The Turkish premier says Ankara supports enhanced talks and cooperation between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) as an effective solution to the Iranian nuclear issue, Press TV reports.
In a meeting with Iran's Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi in the Turkish capital of Ankara on Wednesday, Recep Tayyip Erdogan said his country has always insisted on Iran's right to use nuclear energy for peaceful objectives. Erdogan also expressed Turkey's willingness to proceed with consultations with Iran about regional developments and make joint efforts to establish security, peace and stability in the region.
