Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is on his way to Sochi (Russia), AzerTAG reports.
Aliyev was assisted by Prime Minister Artur Rasi-Zade, head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mekhtiyev and head of the Executive Administration of Baku, Hajibala Abutalybov, at the International Airport of Heydar Aliyev.
