Putin said that it would be better for migrants to refrain from creating mono-ethnic neighborhood at the Forum of Peoples of South Russia on Monday, January 23, ITAR-TASS reports.
“When people go to another region or country and live together, there is generally nothing about that, but when this turns into closed mono-structures, it is bad for both the local population and for the people who live there,” ITAR-TASS cites Putin.
