Circassians propose to recreate autonomous region

In Karachai-Cherkess the deputies of the extraordinary congress of the Circassians have adopted a resolution proposing to resume the Cherkess autonomous region as a part of Russia, reports Interfax. The delegates
of the propose re-establishing the autonomy, which existed from 1926 to 1957.
