Vice-premier Ivanov: Independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia guarantees no repeat of aggression

Recognition of Abkhazia's and South Ossetia's independence by Russia is a guarantee that there will be no repeat of aggression, vice-premier Sergei Ivanov has stated.
