The winter session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will discuss the Khodzhaly genocide, reportedly commited by Armenian troops twenty years ago, 1news.az reports.
The issue has already been put on the agenda, the Azerbaijani Parliament's deputy speaker Bakhar Muradova says.
