Today the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe is discussing the December 4 parliamentary elections in Russia, Ekho Moskvy reports on Thursday.
Experts who addressed delegates admitted that fraud was enormous.
The elections have already been condemned by the US and the EU as being unfair. All Russian opposition groups say the polls were illegitimate, with massive rallies held in Russian cities.
