Turkmenistan intends to further strengthen cooperation with Afghanistan and provide effective assistance in restoring and developing its socio-economic infrastructure, Trend quotes President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov as saying at a meeting of the cabinet of ministers on Saturday.
