Turkish Council of Ministers to decide on sanctions against France

 

The Turkish Council of Ministers, chaired by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, will hold a session at 2 pm (local time), TRT reports.

Experts expect ministers to discuss sanctions against France for criminalization of the Armenian Genocide. Ankara announced escalating sanctions for passing of the French bill.

The session will also hold talks on the processes at the World Economic Forum in Davos, which was attended by three Turkish ministers.
