Amir-Abbas Fakhravar, a notable Iranian opposition member, has visited Israel and met the leader of the Kadima Party, Tsipi, KURSOR reports.
Fakhravar heads the Iranian Freedom Institute in Washington. He was a student leader who organized protests after the disputed presidential polls in 2009. The opposition leader escaped persecution.
36-year old Fakhrabar was arrested in 17 for criticizing the government and spent 5 years in prison. He is heading the Confederation of Islamic Students, a youth organization with some 8,000 activists from all over the world.
