The Azerbaijani parliament has opened the spring session, 1NEWS reports.
The talks will include the Code for Urban Planning and Construction, bills on accounts of municipalities, rights and freedom of convicts, status of servicemen, Code of Competition, education loans, ecological expertise, agricultural cooperation, partial amendments in administrative-territorial of Azerbaijan, higher education, science policy, state support of people suffering from disseminated sclerosis, rights of patients and the bill on amendments and supplements to laws.
