Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov said that he had gained so much experience in combating terrorism and corruption that he could give lectures about it, Yuga.ru reports.
He reminded about restoration of the Grozny, Argun, Gudermess, Vedensky, Shatoysky, Itum-Kalinsky and other districts. Kadyrov emphasized that such achievements were not only reached with the help of federal subsidies. The republic is only on the 16th position in the list of the most heavily subsidized regions.
The official added that Chechnya had to start restoring from scratch, reconstructing social and industrial facilities.
Kadyrov emphasized that the federal center provides subsidies for all regions of Russia, not just Chechnya alone. He added that Chechnya has oil extraction bringing income to the federal center.
He concluded that the outstanding goal of making the region developed, prospering and comfortable for people had been achieved successfully.
