South Ossetian Minister for Emergencies Anatoly Bibilov said in Tskhinvali that he would not take part in the new round of presidential polls of March 25, RIA Novosti reports.
Bibilov got about as many votes as his opponent former Education Minister Alla Jioyeva in autumn and entered the second round of vote. Jioyeva won the second round but the Supreme Court called the vote results false due to many violations. Jioyeva announced herself “legally elected state head” and set inauguration for February 10.
