Bidzina Ivanishvili: Georgia will have to talk to Russia

Opposition Georgian billionaire Bidzina Ivanishvili said on Monday that Georgia will have talk with Russia, the newspaper Vzglyad reports. "I talked about this to the American ambassador John Bass, and I repeat again that when we come to power we will need to speak with the Russia authorities," – he told the newspaper "Asaval-Dasavali."

At the same time he said that he considered "occupation" Russia's presence in Abkhazia and South Ossetia, but urged not to talk about it all the time.

He also noted the importance of the Russian market for Georgia.
