About 600 international observers will monitor the upcoming presidential polls in Russia, just as at the parliamentary polls in December, CEC Secretary Nikolai Konkin said, Interfax reports.
About 90 monitors have been accredited. 40 long-term monitors are already operating in various parts of Russia.
