Iran has accused Israel of training mujahidins for terrorist attacks, ITAR-TASS reports.
Tehran believes that Mossad trained mujahidins to kill Iranian nuclear specialists in recent years. Some days after the murder of scientist Ahmad Roshan, Mossad members were reported to be recruiting mercenaries in Pakistan.
The assumptions were based on an interview with Khamenei Javad Larijani, assistant of the supreme leader, a brother of the Iranian parliamentary speaker. He said that Mossad and mujahidins had old ties.
The mujahidin group has been trying to organize opposition to fight against the Islamic regime for 32 years. They helped Saddam Hussein. The new Iraqi government is opposed to their organization. One of their major bases, Camp-Ashraf near Baghdad, has recently been destroyed.
