Any intervention or pressure on Armenia or Azerbaijan over the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is very risky, Russian Premier Vladimir Putin said during a joint news conference with his Turkish counterpart Recep Erdogan, the TV channel TRT reports.
"Both sides of the conflict bear responsibility.
Official representatives of the two countries should discuss this issue and
continue the dialogue", Putin said.
According to him a compromise should be found to settle the conflict. He also added that other countries can participate in this process as intermediary states and render all possible assistance.
