Mahmoud Ahmadinejad promises news about achievements of Iran in the nuclear field

In the next few days the world will witness new significant achievements of Iran in the nuclear field, President of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad announced today at a mass meeting in Tehran to mark the 33rd anniversary of the victory of Islamic revolution in Iran.

"Global forces of oppression have made every effort, using all kinds of pressure in order to prevent Iran from acquiring its peaceful nuclear energy. Today, we see that Iran has a nuclear power. He alone provides a significant portion of his needs in this area. In the near future, these needs will be fully secured by Iranian scientists. In the coming days the world will witness new significant achievements of Iran in the field of nuclear technology,"- the Iranian president president.

Today Iran is holding massive demonstrations on the occasion of the anniversary of victory of Islamic revolution in the country in 1979. The celebrations began on February 1. 33 years ago the founder of the IRI Ayatollah Ruhollah Musavi Khomeini returned to the country after 15 years of exile. On February 11 the overthrow of the Shah's regime and the victory of Islamic revolution was proclaimed.
