Military vehicle attacked in Dagestan

A device exploded in Makhachkala today in front of a military vehicle
with servicemen. Preliminary data reports that there are no victims or
wounded, RIA Novosti reports, citing local law-enforcement agencies.
The explosion took place at 17.20 Moscow time on Ametkhan Sultan street.
