Romanian Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Kazakhstan Emil Rapcha has concluded his diplomatic mission in the republic and expects to be replaced by Nikolai Ureke, Romanian Ambassador to Azerbaijan, News Kazakhstan reports.
Kazakh Foreign Minister Yerzhan Kazykhanov met the Romanian diplomat on Tuesday and thanked him for success in Kazakhstan.
Rapcha told journalists that a new Romanian ambassador will arrive in late March.
