45-year old Bolot Otunbayev, brother of Rosa Otumbayeva, has become the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Germany, appointed by President Almazbek Atambayev.
An opposition member, Zhyldyz Zholdoshev, said that such appointments would not be approved by the population.
Bolot Otunbayev graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, then the Higher School for Management and Innovations of MSU and the Russian Diplomatic Academy.
