The Russian Presidential envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District
(NCFD), Alexander Khloponin, promised at a meeting in Yessentuki to
bring the problem of fraudulent use and selling of results of the
Unified State Examination (USE) under control, RIA Novosti reports.
According to Khloponin, there were incidents of USE results for sale
at a price of 300,000 rubles. He also noted the strict measures taken
in Chechnya against USE violations.
