Iranian vice-president suffers from heart attack

Iranian Vice-President Mohammad Reza Rahimi has had a heart attack, ANS Press cites Minister of Finances and Economy Shamsaddin Hussein.

The finances minister said that Rahimi was to speak at a conference on the second phase of the project for subsidies in Tehran, but failed due to health problems.

Mohammad Reza Rahimi became Vice-President of Iran in 2009. Until then, he was the assistant president for parliamentary issues and head of the auditorial court.
