The Chechen-Ingush Directorate of the Federal Antimonopoly Service will inspect Internet complaints on mass violations when doing state purchases in Chechnya, RIA Novosti cites Mikhail Goygov, head of the section for control of government and state purchases of the FAS directorate, as saying.
An Internet post appeared in the Internet in February, stating that 15 Mercedes-Benz E350s and a Porsche Cayenne Turbo worth a total of 113 million rubles were purchased in Chechnya.
Goygov said that no violations were found last year. Three ministerial officials underwent administrative punishments.
